About the gig:

It's that time of year again again, when the infamous BDO rolls around, the huge international music festival (held for us Brisbanites in the Gold Coast Parklands) is bringing us a range of acts from the international such as The White Stripes and Franz Ferdinand to the local like Jupunga and The Giants of Science. This is going to be one hype packed event judging by the alloted tickets selling out just short of the new year. Quarter of a million people turned up to last years 6 city tour, a long way from it's humble '98 inception in Sydney, which brought in just short of 10,000 punters. Come clad in brightly coloured paints, masks, hats, and stockings, be prepared for the ocasional trampling and *Accidental* illicit substance inhalation, and above all come for a fun time, and be safe!
