About the gig:
If industry interest is any indication, British India looks set to take it to the next level in 2007. The response to its recently completed debut album has been outstanding, with the record due for release early in the New Year.
Black & White Radio is the first single to be lifted from the album and continues to build on British India’s raw sound. Four school friends from Melbourne, British India kicked off in 2005 with their seven inch vinyl single Outside 109, followed by the EP The Time, which both received extensive support by Triple J.
The band spent 2006 producing its debut album with renowned writer/producer Harry Vanda and Glenn Goldsmith, at Flashpoint Studios in Melbourne and Sydney. Supporting them on the night will be local lads The Rocketsmiths...
